Where is my order?
All orders can be tracked from DPD’s online tracking facilities or via the DPD mobile app, tracking details will be provided via SMS or email once dispatched. If you require further assistance please email support@vancatuk.com with your name and order number.
Only part of my order has arrived
Orders weighing over 25kg will be dispatched in 2 or more parcels and may arrive separately. If the second parcel does not arrive the following working day, please contact support@rocatuk.com
My order has arrived damaged
We do extensive quality checks before the parcels leave our warehouse however, in some cases your parcel may arrive damaged. If your order has arrived damaged and you would like to request compensation*, please email support@rocatuk.com (within 14 days of purchase) with your full name, order number and photographic evidence clearly showing: full external packaging, full internal Packaging, DPD parcel label on the box, damage to the box and product and a full image of the product. All requirements must be provided in order to proceed. *We provide compensation proportionate to the damage/litter lost and if you are eligible for a refund, this will be with you within 3-5 working days once processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel please contact us at support@rocatuk.com immediately, with your full name, order number and reasoning.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, this will be with you within 3-5 working days once processed.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an unopened item, products must be securely shipped in an outer packaging (cardboard box) to: RocatUK, Hammond House, Limekiln St, Dover, Kent, CT17 9EF. If the items arrive damaged you will not be entitled to a full refund and we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
How does my parcel arrive?
Your parcel will arrive in a double walled cardboard box marked with fragile tape. Orders weighing up to 30kg will arrive in one parcel, with some exceptions.
I can't log into my account
If you are having problems with your account, please email support@rocatuk.com and state the name and email address the account is linked to. If you know your user ID, even better!
I forgot my password
Send an email to the support@rocatuk.com inbox and state the name and email address the account is linked to. Please also have user ID to hand.
